A wipe-off water cleanser that uses the power of micelles to remove makeup. Penetrating hyaluronic acid (moisturizing) penetrates deep into the stratum corneum. Pullulan forms a protective film on the skin surface, trapping moisture and preventing external irritation. Bright Up contains a vitamin C derivative (moisturizing) and lactic acid, a type of AHA (keratin softening). It thoroughly removes dead skin cells and dirt from pores, leading to clearer skin.
